The 2025 MASAK Training Seminar was held.

Within the framework of corporate compliance with MASAK regulations, the 2025 MASAK Training on money laundering, terrorist financing, and the financing of the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction was held at the company headquarters on December 17, 2025.

In the training seminar conducted by Mustafa TÜRKKOT, information and training were provided on the 2024 MASAK activity report, repressive measures, and preventive measures. Information was provided on sanctions for breaches of obligations, and the importance of customer identification practices and SIB notifications was reiterated.

The 2025 Responsible Supply Chain Training Seminar was held.

As part of Borsa Istanbul Supply Chain Applications, the 2025 Responsible Supply Chain Training was held at the company headquarters on December 17, 2025.

The training seminar conducted by the Internal Control and Supply Chain Compliance Officer provided information on foreign exchange legislation and practices, legislation related to responsible supply chains, risk areas, institutional policies and procedures, stock exchange regulations, and other relevant legislation, as well as international regulations concerning conflicts and combating the financing of terrorism. The importance of submitting responsible supply chain compliance reports and independent assurance reports to the ministry and stock exchange, as well as posting them on websites, was reiterated.

Participation was secured in the training meeting jointly organized by İTO and MASAK.

On January 10, 2025, participation was secured in the Jewelers' Special Masak Information Panel training organized by the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce (İTO).

On April 20, 2024, participation was secured in a comprehensive training session organized by the Association of All Authorized Institutions and Foreign Exchange Offices (TÜYEMDER) on current practices regarding foreign exchange, financial crimes, and tax legislation.

Participation in the İTO MASAK Training Program Secured

On December 19, 2023, participation was secured in the training session organized by the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce (İTO) regarding MASAK Information for Jewelers and Currency Exchange Offices.

Participation in IMMIB – MASAK Training Provided

On July 11, 2023, within the scope of IMMIB (Istanbul Mining and Metals Exporters' Associations), training was provided on "The Duties and Powers of the Presidency of the Financial Crimes Investigation Board, Money Laundering, Financing of Terrorism, National Risk Assessment and Results, Obligors and Their Obligations.".

Information was provided on sanctions for compliance violations, and the importance of customer identification practices and SIB reporting was reiterated.

The importance of submitting responsible supply chain compliance reports and independent assurance reports to the ministry and stock exchange and posting them on websites was reiterated.
